Personal Client Experience

NARA Office of the CIO – Digitization Project

Developed a strategy for categorizing and digitizing NARA’s holdings; design/ development of new processes and organization structure in support of the strategy. Completed digitization and migrated digitized assets online, enhancing NARA’s online customer service goals.

eTicketing Project

Reengineered Amtrak’s highly manual ticketing processes. Developed new process models for a complete e-ticketing life cycle from self-service channels to on-board validation, leveraging handhelds/PDAs and Kiosks.
